• Christmas & New Years Rates: Tradewind - 5-6 Guests Rate Applies for all group sizes
•  The two Reef View Pavilions villas are available for separate or combined rental. Combined rental is especially helpful if guests are renting Tradewind and would like others (parents, older children, friends, etc.) to join them for part of their stay.  It is also helpful if guests would like Reef View Pavilions all to themselves.
• Rates include housekeeping and laundry services without any additional service charge.
• Babysitting is available at a nominal additional charge, paid directly to the babysitter.
• Initial provisioning (food shopping prior to arrival) is available and charged at cost.
• A 25% deposit will secure your reservation and is non-returnable in the event of cancellation within 16 weeks prior to your booking unless a direct replacement booking is found. The balance is payable 35 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
• Payment can be by US$ bank draft or certified cheque payable to the owner and sent to Reef View Pavilions, PO Box 1731, Lance Aux Epines, St George, Grenada, West Indies, or by direct wire transfer to the owner’s bank account.
